These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4dsweep ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 4dsweep online betting and gambling platform accessible at 4dsweep.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

4dsweep is an online betting and gambling platform serving players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding regions. All monetary values referenced in this Agreement are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on 4dsweep, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly off-limits to individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be registering solely on your own behalf and for your personal use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 4dsweep.
• You must not have had a previous Account on 4dsweep that was suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• Your participation in online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Platform from your location.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Immediately notifying 4dsweep support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your Account is not accessed by any third party, including family members.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 4dsweep will require you to complete KYC verification. This process involves submitting a valid government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.

4dsweep accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, DuitNow, online banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 4dsweep does not accept deposits from third-party sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet and FPX transactions. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency deposits may take longer depending on the respective payment provider's processing times. 4dsweep is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 business hours.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times, generally within 1 hour.

All withdrawals are subject to the Player having completed KYC verification, met all applicable wagering requirements in respect of any bonus credits, and having an Account in good standing with no outstanding disputes or active investigations. 4dsweep reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.

Withdrawal requests made in excess of your available real-money balance, or where wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied, will be declined and returned to your Account balance without penalty.

4dsweep offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, cashback credits, crypto deposit bonuses, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general provisions of this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time per Account, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus credits and associated winnings may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified per promotion;
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or structuring bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Account reviewed for potential suspension;
• 4dsweep reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice.

All bets placed on 4dsweep are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, 4D lottery, or slots). In the event of any conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories on 4dsweep:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement unless the specific product rules expressly permit it;
• 4dsweep reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error;
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event, bets may be voided at 4dsweep's sole discretion and stakes returned to the Player's Account;
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known (commonly referred to as "late betting") will be voided regardless of the odds at which they were accepted;
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and game type as displayed on the Platform. 4dsweep reserves the right to accept bets at reduced stakes or to decline bets at its sole discretion.

For sports betting, 4dsweep offers markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and numerous other domestic and international competitions. Specific rules governing settlement, postponed events, and void markets are available on the relevant sports betting page of the Platform.

4dsweep is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable individuals. We provide the following tools which all Players may access at any time via their Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount deposited within the selected period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and hard stops based on continuous play duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or other agreed durations;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited voluntary exclusion from the Platform.

4dsweep reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of gambling abuse;
• Use of software, bots, or automated systems to interact with the Platform;
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without prior notification to 4dsweep;
• Failure to pass age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (less any amounts subject to open investigations or disputed transactions) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus credits remaining at the time of closure are forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4dsweep, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical error, system failure, or network interruption;
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances beyond 4dsweep's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any action taken by 4dsweep in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or bet voidance.

The Platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 4dsweep makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. In no event shall 4dsweep's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the calendar month in which the claim arose.

4dsweep collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein.

We collect personal data solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is held on secure servers with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards in place.

4dsweep reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered Players via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 4dsweep's support team to seek resolution through our internal complaints process. We are committed to resolving all reasonable disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may seek further recourse through independent alternative dispute resolution channels as applicable under relevant regulations.
